'Photowidget', MOU with global platform Picsart, spurs control of Gen Z home screen

'Photo Widget: Simple', a global digital lifestyle service for the Z generation, stated on 15th August that it has signed a partnership agreement with digital creative platform 'Picsart' to increase its user base.

With 150 million monthly active users and a global service ranking in the top 20 among all applications over the past three years, “Picsart” is an all-in-one editing tool that is used by creators all over the world.

Through this partnership, the two companies will provide Generation Z users of both Photowidget and Picsart platforms with a fresh experience. By utilizing Picsart’s advanced image editing tools, Photowidget users will be able to have access to numerous content creation opportunities and design their mobile home screen according to their preferences.

A Photowidget official said, 'Users who enjoy decorating with their own individualities and users who like to produce various contents are gathering together to form a huge community. We plan to collaborate with Picsart to further expand the culture created by digital natives, the global Generation Z.'
